At Totes, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
